Main Features:
1. This standard shearing machine use EU design standard. 2.The machine has main welding structure,hydraulic system with BOSCH valve,electric system with Schneider brand,hydraulic cylinder,cutting blades's holder etc.All welded parts use vibration to eliminate the stress after welding.
3. Simple and fast blades'gap adjustment by manual with readout for reference.
4. Backgauge use polished rod with T screw or rolling ball screw option structure with good accuracy and fast speed.
5. Light and shadow line is conductive to manual scribing for cutting;
6. E21S controller is easy to use and have simple program functions to control the backgauge
7. Safety guard and emergency to keep safety of operator during machine cutting.
8. Back side of machine has plate easy fall down.
