This machinery is suitable for the precision machining of complicated parts such as: plate type, disc type, shell type, mould and etc. This machine has parts such as automatic tool changer CNC system, fully enclosed protection cover, automatic lubricating system, cooling system, drawer type manual chip conveyor devices. Working like milling, boring, drilling, reaming, cutting, tapping can be done in one process. The forth axis can be added as an option to complete the working if needed.
Product Summary:
1. TH250 precision casting is introduced for the machine base, column, spindle box, cross slide table, working table, and etc. After the aging treatment twice, the machine has a long term stability.
2. Taiwan ROYAL spindle unit with 7.5KW servo motor can achieve a rotation speed of 8000r/min. Low speed is for gravity cutting, and high speed is good for precision light cutting.
3. X, Y, Z axis are all use linear guideway, and they are all imported from Germany. The big size of linear guideway can decrease the gap of different guide way, and it can increase precision meantime.
4. It adopts Taiwan PMI precision ball screw, Taiwan YINSH precision locknuts and Japan NSK bearings. It directly connected to flexible coupling, so that it can achieve a high effectiveness and low backlash.
5. Taiwan Bei Jyu magazine with cloak type 16 tools to achieve the shortest route tools change, fast and convenient. (Special configuration: Taiwan Bei Jyu disc type magazine with 16 tools, faster and more stable).
6. All the transmission shaft pitch is used high-precision laser interferometer to fulfill the adjusting of pitch error and clearance error, so that the positioning accuracy of each axis is more accurate, and it’s more suitable to produce high - precision parts.
7. It introduced an automatic quantitative clearance centralized lubrication system to lubricate moving parts such as: guide way, ball screw and so on.
